4 Hour Body

So I decided to start using my blog for helping me keep track of my 4 Hour Body progress. So my first week I had a lot of doubt about the possibilty of losing weight when I get to eat whatever I want one day a week. Well I had cravings and some withdraws from not eating carbs and sugar but all in all it wasn't that hard to stick to the choose 1 from each group: veggies, meats, and beans. Now I'm sure eating chicken wings is not the best meat selection but my husband and I love them, so that's an at least twice a week meal. Also starting to have 1-2 glasses of red wine a day is really helping my nerves and sugar cravings.

Well here are my results for Week 1 (1/29/11) I lost 5 pounds and 2.25 inches throughout my body, mostly in my shoulders, waist, hips, and thighs. Week 2 (1/22/11) I lost 2 pounds and 3.25 inches. So now I'm into week 3 and I gotta say the cravings are a little more intense this week since I'm working a lot more and I had family in town tempting me. I'm debating changing my "guilt free" day from Saturday to Sunday when I'm off work. This week I'm looking forward to eating Alfredo sauce with raviolis, and I want a bacon cheeseburger. So for now I'm going to eat my carribean jerk chicken with corn, black beans, salsa, bell peppers, and avocado. Yummy!
